- What equipment do you use?
We use Panasonic HD Camcorders for the Service and Speeches. We use broadcast quality microphones with these cameras to make sure that every detail is heard. For the other shots we use DSLR cameras, specifically Canon 5d mark 2 and 3. We have a range of other equipment such as Glide-cams, Steady-cams, GoPro’s and we have recently purchased a drone for even more creative shots!
- How long after my Wedding will I receive my video?
You will receive a draft version 12-15 weeks after the Wedding. After you have had time to watch the video and note down any changes you wish to be made, it usually takes another 2-3 weeks before you receive the final version.

- How many copies will I receive?
You will receive 3 copies. You can order more priced at £15 each.
- How long will the video be?
This all depends on the length of the Ceremony and Speeches. A typical video is usually 60-120 minutes in length.
- Do you require a deposit?

- When is the final balance due?
We ask that the final balance is paid 2 weeks prior to your big day.
- Can we choose our own music for the video?
Yes, you can choose whatever music you like for the Video. We usually choose the music for the Highlight video if it is to be shown on our Website or Facebook page as we can ensure that the music is copyright free.
- I don’t want a big camera following me all day
Our documentary style of filming means that we are never intrusive to the Bride and Groom or your guests. We don’t use old-fashioned big and heavy cameras; they are small cameras that look like photography cameras.
- How many of you will be filming?
We are a team of 2 that work together, one usually with the Bride in the morning, and the other setting up at the Ceremony venue.
- The Vicar/Registrar said that a license is needed to film the Ceremony, have you got a license?
Yes, we can get a Limited Manufacture License that covers the use of the hymns and songs used on the video. This is done on a Wedding-by-Wedding basis.
- Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.
- Do you film destination weddings?
Yes!
- Do you offer Photography?
No – We are too busy filming away to do the photography as well! We do take the odd photograph to put on the DVD cover.
We can recommend amazing photographers as we have worked with so many! - How do you work alongside my photographer?
We have a great working relationship with the photographers that we have worked with! We usually let the photographer carry on with the staging of the group shots whilst we film the general atmosphere. It can be quite a tight space to film and photograph the Ceremony, so we make sure that we have spoken beforehand to make sure that we are not in each other’s way.
- Do we need to feed you?
We don’t ask to be fed, but if you would like to feed us then we would never say no!
